FYI the RoF AND the number of projectiles increase at each shot. After ~2 seconds of firing you reach a RoF of 4.5 rounds/sec, firing 10 projectiles per round. Considering the acuracy of the weapon, you usally land most/all of them for a whopping 45 projectiles/sec. Hands down best number of projectiles/sec in the game.It's already my most successful build with him, and now it's gotten even more ludicrous. The new Lei Luo perks are greats. Qian Sui has an extremely broken consistent skill damage build, Lei Luo also has a skill damage build but the AOE burst damage is also OP.
